Lea road is a residential street facing the main coast road in Sandymount with free parking available. 21A is a home studio office.
The office is five minutes walking distance from Sandymount village and if coming by Dart twenty minutes walk from Sydney Parade.

Coming from Dart:
Best station is Sydney Parade.
Outside the station turn right.
Walk up Sydney Parade avenue towards the sea ( the main coast road)
Turn left at the top of the road.
Pass TOPAZ garage on the left.
The 4th turning on the left is Lea Road.
21A is a home studio office.
Driving directions:
Coming from the North
Your point of reference is the “3” Arena.
Go straight through the “3” Arena roundabout towards the Eastlink bridge.
Go through the east link (toll is.1.75 )
Follow the road until you meet a roundabout. Take second exit and follow the road towards the seafront/coast road.
Turn left at the traffic lights.(from this point is less than a 5 minute drive)
Pass Seafort avenue.
Pass Newgrove avenue.
Lea road is the immediate right turn after a house named Martello on your right.
Coming from the South: (The N11)
Your point of reference is the railway cross junction. Pass the Martello tower on your right, Esso garage on your left and Lea Road is the 4th turn on the left from the Esso garage.
Pass the St John’s road,
Gilford road, Gilford avenue, then Lea road is your immediate turn on your left.
